// APPLICATIONS
Where it works
Rubber elbows and bends route pipelines through changes of direction when transporting slurries, aggregates, sludge and other abrasive media. The flexible, thick-walled liner absorbs particle impact and protects the pipeline from rapid wear.
Protection at changes of direction
Rubber reduces flow noise and vibration, while the flexible design simplifies installation in confined and difficult-to-access locations. Angle, bend radius, liner thickness and end connections are selected for the pipeline geometry and abrasion intensity.

Design features
Abrasion protection
The thick-walled rubber liner absorbs wear at the most heavily loaded points of the pipeline.
Quiet operation
Rubber dampens noise, vibration and particle impact at changes in flow direction.
Custom geometry
A custom angle and bend radius allow the component to fit an existing or newly designed pipeline.
