Pinch valves and sleeves
Pinch valves shut off flow by compressing a flexible rubber sleeve — with no moving parts in contact with the medium. Ideal for abrasive and contaminated media. Replacement sleeves are also available separately.

// APPLICATIONS
Where it works
Pinch valves regulate and isolate heavily contaminated liquids, semi-liquids, wastewater, sludge and bulk materials. The flexible rubber sleeve is the only component in contact with the medium.
Flow without dead zones
When opened, the sleeve returns to its full bore, preventing material build-up. It is pinched externally during closing, so no moving metal components operate in the flow. The rubber compound is selected for the medium, temperature and pressure.

Design features
Friction-free pinching
Flow is isolated by pinching the sleeve — no moving or metal parts come into contact with the medium.
Replaceable sleeve
A worn sleeve can be replaced on site without replacing the entire valve body.
Control and isolation
The degree of pinching allows both tight shut-off and controlled flow throttling.
